By contacting JD's Heating & Air Conditioning, scheduling a service appointment, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all services provided by JD's Heating & Air Conditioning in Central Indiana and the surrounding Indianapolis metro area.
JD's Heating & Air Conditioning provides residential and light commercial HVAC services including, but not limited to:
All work is performed by licensed and insured technicians in accordance with Indiana state regulations and manufacturer specifications.
Service appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We will make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled appointment windows, though circumstances such as weather, emergency calls, or job overruns may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you as promptly as possible if a scheduling change is necessary.
Please ensure that a responsible adult (18 years or older) is present at the property during the scheduled service window. Access to the equipment, electrical panels, and relevant areas of the property must be made available to our technicians.

JD's Heating & Air Conditioning offers free estimates for system replacements and new installations. Diagnostic service calls may be subject to a service fee, which will be disclosed before scheduling.
Written estimates are provided prior to the start of any significant repair or installation work. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Unforeseen conditions discovered during the work (such as code violations, deteriorated wiring, or inaccessible components) may result in additional charges, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.
Pricing is subject to change without notice for new estimates. Accepted written estimates will be honored for the agreed scope of work.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from JD's Heating & Air Conditioning related to your service, including appointment confirmations, reminders, job status updates, invoices, and occasional promotions.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
For larger installations or multi-phase projects, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling or ordering equipment. Deposit amounts and terms will be specified in the written estimate.
JD's Heating & Air Conditioning warrants all labor and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in installation or workmanship and does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer or third parties.
Equipment and parts installed by JD's Heating & Air Conditioning may carry manufacturer warranties. We will assist customers in understanding and registering applicable manufacturer warranties, but we are not responsible for honoring manufacturer warranty terms directly.
Warranty service must be requested by contacting us directly. Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties will void the workmanship warranty.
JD's Heating & Air Conditioning's liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of revenue, or damage to property not directly caused by our technicians' actions during the service visit.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
JD's Heating & Air Conditioning reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
